We offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and custom-order or 'Final Sale' items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

All Mega Furniture products include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains, spills, and tears at an additional cost.
Can I request fabric swatches before I buy?
Absolutely. We understand that color and texture are important. You can order up to five fabric swatches for free through our website to help you make the perfect choice for your home.
